Our mission is to drive advancements in safety, resilience, and intelligence for highly automated vehicles, ensuring a safer and smarter tomorrow.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>IDE+A is part of the ShapeFuture project. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.th-koeln.de\/personen\/thomas.bartz-beielstein\/\">Prof. Dr. Thomas Bartz-Beielstein<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.th-koeln.de\/personen\/jens_uwe.brandt\/\">Jens Brandt<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.th-koeln.de\/personen\/noah_christoph.puetz\/\">Noah P\u00fctz<\/a> are contributing their expertise to develop innovative virtual sensors for highly automated vehicles. In close collaboration with other consortium members, the requirements for ShapeFuture technologies will first be specified. The focus is on developing AI models for sensor virtualization and conducting experiments to examine the applicability of the approach. The goal is to develop state-of-the-art ECS that feature improved perception capabilities, increased robustness, and precision through virtual sensors.
