Forecast Evaluation
The original test data had several values that were not in line with the needed 3-minute-interval so these values had to be corrected by linear interpolation to generate equidistant testdata.
For the evaluation of the predictions the rmse between the prediction ŷ and the related test data y has been used. For the ranking of the overall submission the arithmetic mean of both quality values has been used.
